Returns/Exchanges
Purchasing Online:
Make an account at check out or sign into your SHOP account to easily access store credit, should an exchange be necessary.
In store: Currently we accept exchange or store credit only, please return your unworn item with original tags attached to the shop within 10 days of original purchase. We do not offer price adjustments.
Online: Currently we accept exchanges only in the form of digital store credit, to be used at anytime. To initiate an exchange, please e-mail info@shopfort.ca for approval within 3 days of receiving your item. Ship return back within 3 days of receiving approval. Please provide tracking to info@shopfort.ca.
Please ship via Canada Post, USPS, or Chit Chats to:

and include your order number.
All international exchanges must be marked as return for customs with a $10 value claimed, any exchanges that encumber a customs fee as result to customer claiming a higher value will be denied. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We pack with care, if your item is lost or damaged in the post we are not responsible to replace it. If shipping budget allows for tracking, an insurance claim can be placed through UPS or Canada Post. Any items unclaimed and returned to us will not be refunded but we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.
