Currently we accept exchanges only. To initiate an exchange please e-mail the shop with in 1 week of receiving your item and ship it back with in 3 days of receiving approval. All exchanges must be marked as return for customs with a $10 value claimed, any exchanges that encumber a customs fee as result to customer claiming a higher value will be denied. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We pack with care, if your item is lost or damaged in the post we are not responsible to replace it, if shipping budget allows for tracking an insurance claim can be placed through Canada Post. Any items unclaimed and returned to us will not be refunded but we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.
